Reservations/Holds Policy


Items can be reserved and held at no charge for the duration of two (2) business days. After two business days, the items are put back on the sales floor.

Please note item reservations/holds are subject to availability and items are not guaranteed. For instance, if an item is reserved or put on hold but then an online sale comes through for that item, we will ship out the item to the person who purchased it first, even if the reservation was made prior to the online sale.

To guarantee your hold, you must purchase online or over the phone. We are happy to hold your purchased items until you are able to pick them up.
