Purchasing a pre-order item means you are reserving the fabric by paying up-front before Trapunto receives the fabric from the supplier.
It may happen that we do not meet the minimum required for us to order, and if so, we will be refunding you in full for the pre-ordered fabric.
Pre-order listings have an expected arrival date, but it can change which is out of our control. We have planned the pre-order fabric to be with our reputable suppliers who have delivered fabric as expected in the past. We will update any changes as information becomes available.
When a pre-order arrives, orders will be cut and shipped immediately. Placing a pre-order promises you will get your fabric before anyone else.
If you order any pre-order fabric with in-stock fabric, we will have your in-stock fabric ready for pickup or ship it to you, and then prepare for pickup or ship your pre-order fabric once it arrives in store.
